Escort Deluxe is a matchmaking agency. The escort models represented by us are self-employed and independently decide whether to accept a booking request and how to arrange the agreed date.
Escort Deluxe facilitates contact and assists with the coordination and organisation of the booking. The contract governing the date itself is concluded exclusively between the client and the booked model. Escort Deluxe does not charge the client a separate matchmaking fee. The agency receives a commission from the model.
For payments made by bank transfer, credit card, cash deposit, Western Union or Bitcoin, Escort Deluxe is authorised by the model to receive the fee and any applicable additional costs on her behalf.
Following prior agreement, payments may be made by bank transfer, credit card, cash deposit into our agency account, Western Union or Bitcoin. The payment methods available for the respective booking and the necessary payment details will be communicated to the client in advance.
Bank transfers and cash deposits are made into the agency account specified by Escort Deluxe. The appropriate payment reference will be provided during the booking process.
If it has been agreed that part of the fee is to be paid directly to the model, the remaining balance may be handed to her in cash at the beginning of the date.
A deposit is generally required for bookings made by new clients and for dates taking place outside the model’s place of residence. A deposit may also be required for longer bookings, increased travel expenses or special organisational arrangements.
The deposit will usually amount to at least 40% of the agreed fee, plus any travel expenses already established. The exact amount and payment terms will be agreed individually before the booking becomes binding and confirmed in writing.
A booking is considered confirmed only after the agreed deposit has been received. The remaining balance may also be paid in advance through Escort Deluxe or, if cash payment has been agreed, directly to the model at the beginning of the date.
If a deposit is made to activate VIP access, the full amount will be credited towards the fee for the client’s next date. The credit must be used within one year of receipt of payment. After this period, the entitlement to have the deposit credited towards a booking will expire.
If the client is unable to attend an agreed date, Escort Deluxe must be informed of the cancellation as early as possible.
If Escort Deluxe receives the cancellation more than 72 hours before the agreed start of the date, the deposit will be refunded. Any expenses already incurred that can no longer be cancelled, particularly the model’s travel or accommodation costs, will be deducted from the refund.
If Escort Deluxe receives the cancellation less than 72 hours before the agreed start of the date, part of the deposit will be paid to the model as compensation for the time and effort involved. The remaining amount will be credited to the client towards a new date with the same model.
The amount of compensation will depend in particular on the timing of the cancellation, the agreed booking duration, the organisational work already undertaken and any costs incurred that can no longer be cancelled. The client will be informed transparently of how the deposit has been allocated following the cancellation.
The remaining credit may be used exclusively for a new date with the same model. The replacement date must take place within two months of the originally agreed date and is subject to the model’s availability. Any unused credit will expire after this period.
If the date is cancelled on the agreed day or the client fails to attend the agreed appointment, the deposit will be retained as compensation for the time and effort involved. Any travel or accommodation expenses already incurred that can no longer be cancelled must also be covered by the client.
In rare cases, a model may have to cancel a confirmed date. In this event, any payments already made will be refunded in full unless the client expressly requests that they be retained as credit towards a replacement date or an alternative booking.
Escort Deluxe will contact the client to arrange the preferred form of reimbursement. Upon request, the agency will assist in arranging a new date or finding an alternative model. The client is not entitled to the arrangement of a particular replacement model.
If the client ends the date before the agreed booking duration has elapsed for personal reasons, the client will generally not be entitled to a full or partial refund of the fee.
If the client believes that the early termination was necessary due to serious misconduct by the model or a material deviation from the arrangements agreed in advance, the client may contact Escort Deluxe without undue delay. The agency will review the circumstances and assist the parties in resolving the matter.
Any claims arising from the contract concluded between the client and the model remain unaffected.
